Esp Heaters

Electrostatic Precipitation plays an essential role in Thermal Power Plant by regulating TPM, which is present in the flue gases. For proper working of the ESP, a number of heating elements are provided at the hopper that is placed in the end of the precipitator. These mentioned range of  ESP Heaters helps in avoiding the formation of ash clinker. Another heater is present at the shaft and insulator that helps in maintaining the temperature above dew point, generally between 80 to 115 degree Celsius.
